Amazing Guidance This App really helped pull me out of the struggle with insomnia. I was paired with coach Veronika who helped me all Summer overcome many of my core fears surrounding insomnia and I ended up having a few of the greatest vacations in my life, when originally I was so worried to go on them because of insomnia.
